2. Quotations & Orders
All quotations are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.
Orders must be confirmed in writing via email or purchase order.
For custom-made products, a deposit (usually 30%–50%) is required before production begins.
Any changes to confirmed orders may result in delays and additional charges.
3. Pricing & Payment

Full payment must be received before goods are shipped unless credit terms have been agreed in advance.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon dispatch.
6. Returns & Claims
Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final unless goods are defective or not as ordered.
Claims for shortages, defects, or damages must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt.
We reserve the right to inspect and determine the validity of any claims.

All designs, artwork, and molds created by Watow remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content provided (logos, designs, etc.) does not infringe on third-party rights.

All client information, artwork, and production details are kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product supplied.
We shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruptions.
10. Governing Law
